Salü!
There's someone new on the team at Instrumentor. And I ve been tasked with introducing myself right away. So:
Hello, I'm Julia and I'm new here.
I support Johnny during most of my time developing the software and I'm also allowed to try my hand at various projects that Siro, Johnny and Alessandro have come up with in the last few years. Because it's hard for me to just do something anyway, I think that's great.
For years I played an instrument myself, rather unambitious, but with great pleasure, today I m rather limited to listening to music and dancing. My instrumental lessons were always very important to me as a child and teenager, because I was very lucky to have a great teacher. That s why I am very excited about Instrumentor's idea of providing appropriate music lessons.
And other things: Because I m interested in almost too many things, I ve done two bachelor's degrees at once: one in Media Arts, which is where I know Johnny from, and one in Computer Science. Besides my job at Instrumentor I organize a lecture series at ETH, which brings art and computer science together, and I work as a photographer and as an artist, where I mainly do performances and video works.
